Job summary

Med-Trans Corporation is seeking a HAA Pilot on a full-time basis in Texas. The role offers a salary range of $109,173–$120,091 annually with a 23% geographic modifier, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus and retention bonuses after milestones.

On-duty housing and a 7/7 schedule are included for eligible candidates. Responsibilities include coordinating with medical teams, ensuring aircraft readiness, maintaining regulatory records, and collaborating with dispatch and flight crews.

Qualifications

• 2,000 Total Flight Hours minimum.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours minimum.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours minimum.
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours minimum.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours minimum.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers safely with a medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals, FARs, and Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Salary Range: $109,173 - $120,091 including 23% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus Plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readinessas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Transrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMed-Trans and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)

Preferred Qualifications

• B407 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
