Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Helicopter Maintenance Analyst (HMA) to own the day-to-day experience for helicopter operators. You will nurture relationships, drive accuracy of tracking, and guide customers through compliance and project requests.

You will coordinate with Records and other teams; the role emphasizes responsiveness and accountability. The ideal candidate has aviation experience, especially with helicopters, strong communication, and a willingness to learn Traxxall.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aviation; helicopter experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with helicopter maintenance concepts, compliance tracking, or aviation operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable leading customer conversations.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Eagerness to learn the Traxxall platform and grow into full account ownership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent) a plus.
• Experience with Traxxall, CAMP, Veryon Tracking, or other maintenance tracking platforms.
• Background in helicopter operations (e.g., Part 135, air medical, offshore, utility) is preferred.
• Familiarity with FAA, EASA, or Transport Canada regulatory frameworks is preferred.
• Customer service or account management experience in a technical environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned customers; phone first, email after a call.
• Own every customer-reported issue from first contact to resolution; coordinate with internal teams.
• Conduct check-in calls and monitor account health; update Salesforce with outcomes.
• Escalate requests for 4/5 check or extended projects to Team Lead the same day.
• Coordinate with Records on compliance notes and tickets; provide context and clarify requirements.
• Confirm customer preferences for revision management and monitor Holding Area items every 90 days.
• Arrange coverage for PTO and brief successors; document status updates in Salesforce.
