P3 Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Quality HEDIS Stars in Lincoln to lead a regional team of quality coordinators focused on HEDIS and CMS Star performance.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, supervise day-to-day activities, and ensure timely gap closure and data capture across markets. The role requires experience with quality reporting, partner coordination, and data analysis in Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare quality, HEDIS/Stars, care gap closure, provider engagement, or related operations.
• Minimum 1 year in a lead, senior coordinator, or supervisory capacity, or equivalent demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Experience working with quality performance reports, gap lists, or member-level data in Excel.
• Experience communicating performance expectations and results to staff, providers, office managers, or external partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Regional Quality Coordinators, including workload assignment, scheduling, and coaching.
• Operationalize quality strategy into clear workplans and daily team activity.
• Monitor gap closure production and data capture to meet targets on schedule.
• Perform routine analytics in Excel, including pivot tables and trend analysis.
• Prepare and present performance updates to leadership and health plan partners.
