Job summary

Referment is building a Hedge Fund Portfolio Strategy function within its Thought Leadership team. You will help shape how this new function operates while producing investor-facing content that supports fundraising and capital retention.

Collaborate with Communications, Investor Relations, and investment teams to source strategy and portfolio insights, develop summaries and educational materials, and manage white papers and market deep dives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and roughly two to five years of relevant experience.
• Experience producing alternative investment content from financial markets or IR roles.
• Strong research, editing, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into client-ready writing.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and building internal networks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Help build a new function whose mandate is to support raising and retention of capital.
• Partner with Communications, Investor Relations, and research teams to source strategy insights.
• Develop hedge fund strategy summaries, educational materials, and evergreen content.
• Oversee drafting and review of longer-form pieces like white papers and market deep dives.
• Handle bespoke content requests and help scale the function's infrastructure.
