Job summary

Capital Group in Southern California seeks an Investment Content Production Lead to own the development and production of investment and client-facing materials for a portfolio of funds and strategies.

You will partner across Sales, Investment Directors, Investment Product Management, Marketing and other teams to translate investment needs into accurate content, manage complex requests from start to delivery, and drive clear, compelling investment narratives.

Qualifications

• Strong investment knowledge including understanding of investment strategies, products and portfolio information.
• Experience developing investment, product or client-facing content (pitch books, client reviews, attribution reports, sales materials).
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, engaging content for varied audiences.
• Proven collaboration across Sales, Investments, Product, Marketing and other partners to move complex requests forward.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment; identify issues in investment content and data and resolve with SMEs.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Ability to simplify, standardize and automate production with partners in production, automation and technology.

Responsibilities

• Own development and production of investment and client-facing materials for funds and strategies (pitch books, client reviews, attribution reports, one-pagers, and other content).
• Partner with Sales, Investment Directors, Investment Product Management, Marketing and other teams to translate investment and business needs into accurate content for client conversations and sales opportunities.
• Manage complex content requests from initial need through final delivery, ensuring clear investment narratives and high-quality outputs.
