Shaw Group in Denver seeks a proactive, analytical professional to help build the Hedge Fund Portfolio Strategy function within Communications, partnering with Investor Relations and investment teams to craft investor-facing content that supports fundraising and capital retention. The role emphasizes turning complex investment concepts into clear client-ready content, managing drafts for white papers and presentations, and scaling infrastructure as the team grows.

Qualifications

• At least two to five years of relevant experience.
• Proven research, editing, and project management skills.
• Experience generating alternative investment content.
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into client-ready content.
• Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to use a range of technologies to scale and improve existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building a new function to support fundraising and capital retention.
• Source strategy- and portfolio-level insights with Communications, IR, and research/investment teams.
• Develop hedge fund strategy summaries and evergreen content for IR reference.
• Manage drafting and review for white papers, market deep dives, and conference presentations.
• Field and produce bespoke content requests.
• Help develop infrastructure to support the function as it scales.
