The Opportunity

We are partnering with a top-tier global hedge fund hiring a Product Specialist into its New York office. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of investing and client engagement, offering direct exposure to senior Portfolio Managers, investment teams, and institutional investors.

This position is ideal for candidates with 1-4 years of experience looking to advance their career within a front-facing, investment-oriented role while gaining deep exposure to hedge fund strategies and capital raising.

We are looking for candidates with a strong asset management background, ideally already based in New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge investment teams and Investor Relations on strategy, positioning, and performance
• Produce and refine pitchbooks, fund updates, and client materials
• Translate complex strategies into clear investor messaging
• Support client meetings, diligence, and investor requests
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Assist with product development and fund launches
• Maintain fund data, analytics, and reporting

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; advanced degree a plus
• 1-4 years of experience in asset management
• Strong investment knowledge with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; high attention to detail
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ideally based in New York

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with institutional clients or investment teams
• Exposure to equity L/S, macro, or multi-asset strategies
• Experience with Python (desired)
