Job summary

Olive Asset Management is seeking a Hedge Fund Product Lead in the United States (New York or Palo Alto) to architect and manage a multi‑strategy hedge fund product platform. You will personally drive manager research, due diligence, and end‑to‑end product introductions, supervising a team of 5–8 professionals.

You will collaborate with risk, legal, compliance, operations, and distribution, and coordinate with Asia counterparts to ensure cross‑border, regulated product launches and ongoing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hedge fund research or related institutional investment experience.
• Proven due diligence, manager screening, and product introduction experience.
• Experience negotiating investment terms and fees.
• Strong cross-border collaboration with U.S. and Asia stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree; CFA charterholder or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hedge fund product strategy and platform architecture end-to-end.
• Source and screen global hedge fund managers; conduct due diligence.
• Lead commercial negotiations on fees and terms.
• Oversee product introductions, onboarding, and risk monitoring.
• Manage a team of 5–8 professionals and coordinate with risk, legal, compliance, and distribution.
