Green Key Resources is representing a boutique alternative investment client seeking a highly motivated Operations professional to partner directly with the CFO. This is a broad, hands-on role acting as the CFO's primary operational resource across middle- and back-office functions in a lean, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of portfolio positions, cash balances, and P&L with prime brokers and third-party fund administrators.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks while coordinating with brokers and administrators for timely settlement.
• Process daily trade activity and respond to investment team inquiries.
• Monitor and process corporate actions, dividends, proxy activity, and other lifecycle events.
• Review financing relationships and cash balances with counterparties to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support regulatory and investor reporting requirements.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting.
• Coordinate NAV close and financial reporting with fund administrator and external auditors.
