Middlebury College summer Hebrew School invites applications for a temporary Music Instructor position on the Middlebury College campus in Vermont. The role entails teaching Hebrew music, guiding students in singing and instruments, and coordinating performances, all in a Hebrew immersion setting.

Responsibilities

• Teach music in Hebrew.
• Teach music and musical instruments to students.
• Teach students to compose music and encourage original creations.
• Text book knowledge about music and teach about its history.
• Coordinate musical performances with students and for the School of Hebrew.
• Complete all contact hours assigned.
• Attend school events, meals, and other activities.
• Work cooperatively with others and accept direction from supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
