YO AI Labs is seeking a Hebrew bilingual expert to evaluate Hebrew audio content, assess nativeness and quality, and provide detailed feedback in English. No AI experience required beyond language proficiency; strong written and verbal English communication is essential.

You will follow established guidelines, document evaluations clearly, and collaborate with project coordinators to meet deadlines, helping to improve AI Hebrew models while working remotely as a contractor.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew.
• High proficiency in English (B2+), especially in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle language differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and decisions.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio and judge nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations with clear written feedback in English.
• Provide explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Offer linguistic insights to improve AI Hebrew models.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
