Job summary

Middlebury College in Vermont invites applications for a temporary Yoga Instructor to join the Middlebury Language Schools during the summer session. You will teach Hebrew while guiding students through yoga and breathing techniques on a welcoming campus environment.

The successful candidate will lead Hebrew and yoga sessions, ensure safety, manage diverse learners, and participate in all school activities. Lodging and a complete meal plan are provided along with salary.

Qualifications

• Hold a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor - 200 hour level (RYT-200) or yoga certification from a NCCA agency.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude.
• Have 1-2 years of experience leading yoga classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes in Hebrew.
• Lead yoga classes according to the assigned schedule.
• Teach safe, effective exercises to a variety of populations.
• Maintain a current yoga certification.
• Attend school events and work cooperatively with others under supervision.
