Job summary

UPS is seeking a reliable Automotive Technician in Saint Paul, MN to join the fleet maintenance team. You will service delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers, troubleshooting hydraulic brakes, electrical systems, and engine controls.

Roles require working 2nd or 3rd shifts across various schedules, with required tool sets and a commitment to safety. Starting pay starts at $40.35 per hour; benefits include weekly pay, extensive training, 401(k), pension, medical/dental/vision, paid

Qualifications

• Current automotive mechanical experience required.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Possesses a full set of personal hand tools.
• Class A or B CDL – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets DOT requirements for the job assignment.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for long periods.
• Operate standard and manual transmissions.
• Operate power and pneumatic tools.
