Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• TWIC Card.
• CMMS experience, preferably MAXIMO.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and diagnostics.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency for administration.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic Lead to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who combines strong hands‑on technical expertise with the ability to lead, document, and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Position Overview

The role consists of 80% Technical and hands‑on duties and 20% Administrative and leadership duties. The selected candidate will perform advanced diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on heavy equipment and ensure all activities meet HSSE standards. Administrative responsibilities will include documenting work, updating maintenance records, and using computer‑based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy mobile equipment.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with HSSE standards and company procedures.
• Lead, guide, and support mechanics during maintenance and repair activities.
