Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within hydraulic, electrical, diesel, and mechanical systems across a diverse range of heavy machinery.
• Utilize digital diagnostic tools and tablets to manage work orders, track service intervals, and document repairs with precision.
• Travel to various customer job sites to perform on-site maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability in the field.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to foster team growth and skill development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle to ensure readiness for emergency repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment.
• Advanced ability to interpret complex technical schematics, diagrams, and service manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ownership of personal tools required for the trade.
