The role emphasizes hands-on technical work (80%) and leadership/administration (20%), with emphasis on documenting work, updating maintenance records, and using CMMS MAXIMO. OSHA 30 certification and TWIC Card are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• TWIC Card.
• CMMS experience, preferably MAXIMO.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and diagnostics.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency for administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy mobile equipment.
• Inspect to ensure compliance with HSSE standards and company procedures.
• Lead and support mechanics during maintenance and repair activities.
• Use MAXIMO CMMS to record work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history.
• Complete administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
• Maintain high safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and team members.
