Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to meet safety, quality, and design intent.
• Ensure work aligns with project schedule; elevate delays to PM.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for project records.
• Take and organize progress photos with proper labeling.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports for client and leadership.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design revision for construction.
• Assist Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
