Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 12+ years relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 9+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant experience in Construction Management/Engineering; 3+ years CM/Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality and drawings are followed.
• Ensures work adheres to schedule; escalates delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review.
• Takes progress photos and labels each photograph.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensures use of latest design drawings for construction.
• May assist Project Construction Manager.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments with PM.
• Maintains clear correspondence with management and clients.
• Maintains on-site records per document control requirements.
