Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead on-site field operations across client project sites in the United States. You will represent the company, manage safety, quality, schedule, contracts, drawings conformity, and client relations on assigned projects.

The role requires working in the field with substantial travel (100%), coordinating with subcontractors, and producing progress and QA reports. Requires CM/engineering degrees and relevant field supervision experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 12 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience in Construction Management/Engineering; at least three (3) years in Construction Management/Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with drawings.
• Manages project schedule adherence and flags delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepares daily, monthly, and inspection reports and maintains on-site records.
