- Lowboys
- Extendable trailers
- Multi-axle configurations
- Other specialized transportation equipment
- Negotiate rates and transportation terms with carriers while supporting project-specific capacity requirements.
- Work closely with Operations and Compliance teams to ensure carriers meet customer and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate carrier information, activity, communications, and recruiting metrics within the CRM.

- Develop relationships that create reliable, repeat capacity rather than one-time carrier coverage.
- Help secure transportation capacity for oversized and industrial equipment, including chillers, generators, transformers, and other mission-critical equipment.
- Monitor carrier availability and market conditions to support project planning and execution.
- Meet measurable production goals related to carrier recruitment, outreach, qualified carriers, and capacity development.
