Job summary

Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc is seeking a Utility Yard Coordinator to operate, load and unload a full range of heavy duty construction, crushing and screening, and forestry products. You will install and remove attachments, maintain yard organization, and manage inventory with detailed documentation and photos.

The role requires experience with inventory management, operating heavy equipment, and solid Excel skills, with attention to accuracy and paperwork completion.

Qualifications

• Has experience with inventory management.
• Has operated heavy equipment.
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment and install/remove attachments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and attachment areas.
• Keep inventory records with serial numbers and documentation; ensure accuracy.
• Take pictures of equipment and inspect for damage.
• Record hours and describe equipment with photos for inventory.
• Oversee pre-delivery and return inspection reports with photos and hours.
• Assist technicians with clean-up and organize repairs.
• Perform light duty mechanical tasks (bulbs, wipers, glass, lights).
