Job summary

Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc. is seeking a Utility Yard Coordinator in Rhode Island to operate and service a full range of heavy equipment, including attachments. You will load/unload, maintain yard organization, manage inventory, document conditions with photos, and support technicians during repairs.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate paperwork, with opportunities to contribute to a growing organization that values diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment, installing and removing attachments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the branch equipment yard and attachment areas, plus shop cleanliness.
• Document equipment inventory information including serial numbers and required paperwork; accuracy is essential.
• Take pictures of equipment machinery and inspect for damage.
• Maintain inventory records with pictures, descriptions and hours.
• Oversee rental pre-delivery inspection reports; document condition with photos and hours.
• Oversee rental return inspection reports; document condition with photos and hours.
• Assist technicians with cleaning and organizing before, during and after scheduled and non-scheduled repairs.
• Perform light duty mechanical repairs (bulbs, wipers, glass, lights).
