ASCO Equipment in Manor, Texas is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator/Service Writer to review and complete warranty claims for heavy equipment. You will prepare, record, reconcile, and submit claims to manufacturers and insurers, working closely with technicians and supervisors to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in heavy equipment warranty or service writing, strong customer service skills, and proficient Google Suite experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a heavy equipment warranty administrator or service writer is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented, team-player with good time management.

Responsabilités

• Submit and track warranty claims to manufacturers and insurers.
• Provide documentation and technical information to support claim payments.
• Collaborate with technicians, service writers, and supervisors.
• Report denial reasons to help improve processes.
• Register equipment with manufacturers to start warranty and provide quotes for extended warranties.
