You will open and close repair orders, prepare estimates, track status, coordinate parts, and maintain organized service records. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Formación

• Experience as a Service Writer/Service Advisor in heavy equipment or related industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment systems, diesel engines, hydraulics, and preventative maintenance.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Computer proficiency and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license

Responsabilidades

• Open, maintain, and close repair work orders.
• Schedule and prioritize repairs with service technicians.
• Prepare repair estimates.
• Communicate repair status, timelines, and recommendations.
• Coordinate parts availability with the parts department.
• Review technician notes and completed work orders for accuracy.
• Process warranty claims when applicable.
• Prepare completed work orders for invoicing.
• Maintain organized service records and files.
