Job summary

You will serve as the main contact between the company and our clients, delivering professional mechanical services and strong customer support.

This role requires safety leadership, effective troubleshooting, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, crawl in confined spaces, and work at heights.

Qualifications

• Hazard assessments and safe work practices required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and crawl in confined spaces.
• Provide your own hand tools and quickly learn company software.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, comprehensive background check, MVR, and proof of employment eligibility (E-Verify) are required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer equipment problems.
• Confer with and obtain approval from the customer before making repairs.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork.
• Provide the best possible customer service, including offering additional Wiese services.
