Dynamic Equipment in Orlando, FL is seeking a Heavy Equipment Service Writer/Administrator to join our service department. You will be the key link between customers, technicians, and management, ensuring smooth check-in and repair progression.

The role requires clear communication, proficiency with multiple dealership software systems, and bilingual English/Spanish ability. Prior heavy equipment experience and a high standard of service are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Service Writer or similar role.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is highly valued.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software quickly.
• Ability to read and interpret service reports.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and identify service needs.
• Write repair orders and document concerns.
• Explain estimates, parts, and completion times to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to understand equipment issues.
• Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals.
• Monitor open repair orders to keep jobs moving.
• Assist with warranty claims and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and repair records.
• Operate dealership service software efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
