Dynamic Equipment Group in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Service Writer/Administrator to bridge the gap between customers and the Service Department. This full-time clerical role requires strong computer skills, the ability to learn multiple software systems, and excellent communication to keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of service-writing experience in heavy equipment, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and a solid

Qualificações

• Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years' experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or similar role; heavy equipment/construction equipment industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, construction equipment, or diesel-powered machinery.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Experience with Modern Dealer and IntelliDealer is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and accurately identify their service, maintenance, and repair needs.
• Write detailed repair orders and document customer concerns.
• Communicate repair estimates, parts, and completion times to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to understand equipment issues and progress.
• Prepare estimates, obtain approvals, and provide regular repair updates.
• Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and repair records in dealership systems.
