What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify early-stage construction opportunities and develop a sales pipeline
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and rentals
- Generate inquiries and leads while creating detailed equipment proposals and quotes
- Analyze construction documents and bid specifications to match equipment solutions to project requirements
- Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to support sales efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Minimum of two (2) years of technical sales experience, preferably in heavy construction
- Ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Office
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical experience in heavy construction is highly desirable
