Compensation:
- Starting at $800 - 1000/month for 500 completed calls per week (note: $800 to start, with opportunity up to $1000 USD)
Further increases possible based on performance

Schedule: Flexible, primarily Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST (some overlap with EST required)
Duties & Responsibilities
About the Role
A fast-growing U.S.-based investigations firm is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Sales Representative to drive outreach efforts to prospects across the U.S. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule meetings on behalf of the Deputy Director of Investigations by reaching out to contacts in mid-to-large corporate settings, hospitals, energy companies, and HR departments.
This is a high-volume, communication-heavy role ideal for a seasoned remote sales professional with experience in the legal, corporate, or medical sales sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to 500+ contacts weekly
- Schedule sales appointments for the Deputy Director of Investigations
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Send templated follow-up emails and manage outreach tracking
- Use CRM systems, Google Docs, and Microsoft Outlook to record call notes and maintain sales pipelines
- Maintain clear communication with internal team members about outreach status and outcomes
- Consistently meet weekly call and scheduling targets
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
- 5+ years of sales experience preferred, ideally in legal, HR, corporate, energy, or medical/pharmaceutical sales
- Proven success in high-volume outbound sales or appointment setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRMs and remote collaboration tools
- Ability to self-manage and operate efficiently in a remote environment
Preferred Experience
- Previous sales outreach to HR departments, corporate or energy companies, or hospitals
- Strong familiarity with legal sector or selling services to attorneys and law firms
- Located in or near Lithuania (preferred but not required) - open Worldwide
- Experience in bilingual or Latin American markets considered an asset - not required
