Congruex in Ohio is seeking an Operator I-III to operate heavy machinery on construction sites, ensuring safety and avoiding utilities.

You will load, unload, maintain equipment, and communicate with managers to plan each job and meet deadlines.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness, and DOT medical certification; benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment near utilities and reading plans.
• CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain; DOT Medical Card required.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of site safety procedures.
• Experience with shoring methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely according to safety policies.
• Load/unload equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Communicate with supervisors and plan around utilities and obstacles.
• Set up, operate, and break down equipment; assist with other duties as needed.
• Rigging, placement of conduits, and coordination with crew for excavation tasks.
