Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator (Driver License Required) to operate heavy equipment and support vegetation management along electrical lines. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with competitive hourly pay.

Candidates must be 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to identify tree species while staying mindful of electrical hazards. Pre-employment screens may apply, and safety gear is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possesses working knowledge and be able to identify tree and shrub species.
• Familiar with electrical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment such as Bulldozers, Backhoes, Skid steers, Excavator, Loaders, Dump trucks, Mowers and Stump grinders.
• Transport equipment to and from multi-state job locations.
• Install and remove gates, fences, barb wire.
• Gathers brush and feed brush into wood chipper.
• Serves truck, chipper, and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
