Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to handle heavy equipment for removing branches and tree material from electrical lines. The role requires a valid driver license and involves multi-state travel with on-site work across locations.

Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and full-time status are offered. Responsibilities include operating bulldozers, backhoes, skid steers and more, transporting equipment, and performing gate/culvert work while ensuring safety around hazards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possesses working knowledge and be able to identify tree and shrub species.
• Familiar with electrical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment including bulldozers, backhoes, skid steers, excavators, loaders and dump trucks.
• Transports equipment to multi-state job locations.
• Installs and removes gates, fences and culverts as needed.
• Assists in brush removal and herbicide application per safety guidelines.
• Maintains equipment in clean, mechanical order and adheres to safety policies.
