Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Minneapolis, MN seeks an Equipment Operator (Driver License Required) to operate heavy equipment and perform vegetation management along electrical lines. The role involves transporting equipment to job sites across multiple states and performing gate, fence, and culvert installations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have working knowledge to identify tree and shrub species.
• Familiar with electrical hazards.
• Driver License required.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, skid steers, excavators, loaders and dump trucks.
• Transports equipment to multi-state job locations.
• Installs and removes gates, fences and culverts.
• Operates brush cutting and herbicide application duties as needed.
• Maintains and services equipment to keep it in good working order.
