Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator (Driver License Required) to operate heavy equipment and remove branches and tree material from electrical lines.

This full-time, hourly role offers competitive wages, weekly pay via direct deposit, plus health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits. CDL preferred; driver license required; pre-employment screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possesses working knowledge to identify tree and shrub species.
• Familiar with electrical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment including bulldozers, backhoes, skid steers, excavator, loaders, and dump trucks.
• Transport equipment to multi-state job locations.
• Install and remove gates, fences, barb wire.
• Install and remove culverts, rocks and base.
• Gathers brush and feeds into wood chipper.
• Applies chemical herbicide to right-of-way following brush removal and safety procedures.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
