Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our field crew in the United States. You will operate heavy equipment including rubber tire loaders, track hoes, dozers, backhoes, and cranes, while performing preventative maintenance and ensuring safe, compliant operations in line with DOT rules.

CDL A is required; candidates must be able to work swing shifts, weekends, and potentially overnight stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Industry experience in natural gas/oil field is a plus.
• Willingness to work swing shifts and weekends; some overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy or specialized equipment (e.g., Rubber Tire Loader, Track Hoe, Dozer, Backhoe, Crane).
• Demonstrates experienced operation and equipment knowledge.
• Performs preventative maintenance on heavy or specialized equipment.
• Maintains proper equipment appearance and cleanliness.
• Communicates with supervisor throughout the job process.
• Ensures safety and proper PPE usage; adheres to DOT regulations.
