ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking skilled candidates for positions that involve operating heavy or specialized equipment and performing routine maintenance. Ideal applicants may have natural gas industry exposure and must be ready to work swing shifts, weekends, and possibly overnight travel.

High school diploma or GED is required. Employees will drive, operate, and maintain CDL A vehicles, adhere to DOT regulations, and communicate with foreman and crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some natural gas industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to work swing shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy or specialized equipment (e.g., Rubber Tire Loader, Trackhoe, Dozer, Backhoe, Crane).
• Demonstrate experienced operation and equipment knowledge.
• Perform preventative maintenance on heavy or specialized equipment.
• Maintain proper equipment appearance and cleanliness.
• Communicate with supervisor throughout the job process.
• Follow DOT regulations; ensure proper permits and driving regulations.
• Promote teamwork to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
