Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking experienced field operators to join our Pennsylvania teams. These positions are temp to full-time and require flexibility for all shifts, including weekends, with some roles potentially involving overnight stays.

As part of our crew you will operate heavy and specialized equipment, perform routine maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to efficient, safe well-site operations across our growing Appalachian footprint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some natural gas industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to work swing shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy or specialized equipment (e.g., loader, excavator, dozer, backhoe, crane).
• Demonstrate experienced operation and equipment knowledge.
• Performs preventative maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Maintains equipment appearance and cleanliness.
• May perform labor duties as needed.
• Communicates with supervisor throughout the job process.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting of simple failures.
• Practices safe working habits with proper PPE.
• Safely drive, operate, and maintain CDL A vehicles.
• Follow DOT regulations and permits.
• Proactively communicate with foreman and coworkers.
• Promotes teamwork to increase productivity.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
