Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking candidates for positions that are temp to full-time and benefits eligible. The role involves operating heavy or specialized equipment and performing maintenance, with potential overnight travel and weekend shifts. Must have CDL A and a high school diploma or GED.

Ideal candidates will have natural gas industry exposure and be prepared to work all shifts, including swing shifts. Location is nationwide across the United States.

Qualifications

• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends and possible overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy or specialized equipment (e.g., loader, excavator, bulldozer, crane).
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintains equipment cleanliness and appearance.
• Communicates with supervisor throughout the job.
• Ensures safety procedures and PPE usage per job duties.
• Drives and maintains CDL A vehicles per DOT regulations.
• Promotes teamwork to increase productivity.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
