Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our field teams in Wheeling, WV. Positions are temp to full-time and benefits eligible. Ideal candidates will have some natural gas industry experience and be available for all shifts.

Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment (CDL A preferred), performing preventive maintenance, following DOT regulations, ensuring safety, and supporting team goals. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating heavy or specialized equipment preferred.
• Ability to work swing shifts and weekends.
• Willingness to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy or specialized equipment (e.g., cranes, dozers, loaders).
• Demonstrates equipment knowledge and performs basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintains equipment cleanliness and appearance.
• Communicates with supervisor and crew throughout job.
• Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
