ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking workers for positions that are temp to full-time and benefit-eligible. Ideal candidates have some natural gas industry experience and must be available for all shifts, including swing shifts and weekends. Some roles may require overnight travel.

Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, performing basic maintenance, and adhering to DOT regulations. A high school diploma or GED is required, and pre-employment testing will be conducted.

• Willingness to work swing shift and weekends.
• Some positions may require out of town overnight stay.

Responsibilities

• Operates Heavy or Specialized equipment (e.g., Rubber Tire Loader, Track hoe, Dozer, Backhoe, Crane).
• Demonstrates experienced operation and equipment knowledge.
• Performs preventative maintenance on heavy or specialized equipment.
• Maintains proper equipment appearance and cleanliness.
• May perform labor duties as needed.
• Communicates with supervisor throughout the job process.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot simple mechanical failures.
• Practices safe working habits.
• Ensures proper PPE is used and DOT regulations are followed.
• Safely drive, operate, and maintain CDL A required vehicles and equipment.
• Promotes teamwork to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
