Job summary

Jordan-Foster-Construction-5 is seeking a heavy equipment operator to run loaders, excavators, dozers, and other machinery at job sites in Texas. You will perform trenching, grading, and leveling tasks, interpreting grade stakes, and ensuring equipment safety and proper storage.

The role requires at least two years in construction with heavy equipment, ability to read plans, and readiness for safety and maintenance checks. CDL preferred and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in construction with heavy equipment.
• CDL or operator license may be required.
• Ability to read grade and slope stakes and plans.
• Random MVR and drug testing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to procedures.
• Excavate trenches, dig holes, level dirt and asphalt.
• Read grade and slope stakes and plans to guide work.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Transport tools and materials to job sites; follow safety rules.
