• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Read and interpret grade and slope stakes and simple plans.
• Excavate trenches, dig holes, level dirt and asphalt.
• Transport vehicle with tools and materials to job sites.
• Store heavy equipment safely and securely.
• Follow procedures and safety guidelines to minimize errors and risks.
• Communicate effectively in English/Spanish when required.
