Job summary

Jordan-Foster Construction is seeking a construction laborer to perform a range of manual tasks on heavy projects in Texas. The role includes site cleanup, tool distribution, dewatering setup, material handling, and concrete placement with various equipment.

Qualifications include a high school or equivalent, at least two years of field experience, and a valid driver’s license if available. Candidates must be able to work flexible shifts and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years’ field experience in construction.
• Valid Driver’s License with clear MVR preferred.

Responsibilities

• General and final cleanup of project sites and offices.
• Distribute and cleanup of power & hand tools, cords, generators.
• Dewatering setup with water pumps and hoses.
• Manual moving of formwork, lumber, rebar, and materials.
• Place concrete to/from truck, pump, bucket, or conveyor.
• Hand excavation and backfill; hand grade sub-base.
• Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks/trailers.
• Concrete tasks: rake, screed, vibrate, and blanket concrete.
