Job summary

Res Group is seeking a skilled equipment operator to perform Civil and Electrical duties at the project site in Texas. The role emphasizes safety, proper inspection, and efficient operation of backhoes, loaders, rollers, and rock trucks.

Candidates should follow OSHA procedures, be willing to travel, and maintain an organized site while communicating issues clearly and promptly to supervision. CDL and crane certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction field; progressive levels I–IV with equipment variety.
• Certified on site for all heavy/light equipment; crane operators require CCO certification.
• CDL certifications are a plus for A/T cranes; willingness to travel and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safely and efficiently performing Civil/Electrical duties at the project site.
• Follows OSHA safety and operating procedures of heavy and light equipment.
• Operates light/heavy equipment including backhoe, loader, roller and rock truck.
• Inspects incoming and outgoing loads and performs pre-inspection checks.
• Monitors equipment during operation and reports maintenance needs.
• Maintains organized worksite and proper fuel usage; notifies supervisor of malfunctions.
