The role requires you to perform trenching, grading, and road maintenance work, follow safety policies, read grade stakes, and coordinate with the crew. A valid license and ability to work in all weather are essential.

Qualificações

• Two years' construction experience required.
• Experience with roads/ground maintenance preferred.
• CDL or operator license may be required.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR may be required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• English/Spanish communication preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate various heavy equipment (loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, backhoes).
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently per policies.
• Excavate trenches, dig holes, level dirt/asphalt.
• Read grade and slope stakes and plans.
• Store heavy equipment safely and securely; perform safety checks.
• Transport tools/materials to job sites; assist as needed.
• Adhere to procedures and minimize safety risks.
• Follow instructions and support construction needs.
• Maintain regular attendance per company policy.
