Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking an Equipment Operator to manage a variety of heavy equipment on groundwork and construction projects in Texas. You will operate equipment safely and efficiently, following strict safety protocols and project timelines.

The role requires performing inspections, reporting issues to supervisors, and assisting in training less-experienced staff. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience are preferred, with flexibility for travel and shift

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in equipment operation or construction.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• CDL/Class A/B with endorsements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe procedures.
• Report problems to Foreman or HR as needed.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with proper docs.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees.
