Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate front-end loaders, dozers, graders, and other machinery to move bulk materials on our sites in Texas. You will perform pre-operation checks and work under supervision to support earthmoving and material handling tasks.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; willingness to work rotating shifts; and a

• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate diverse heavy equipment safely.
• Strong teamwork and adherence to safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operation inspections and report defects to maintenance.
• Operate front-end loaders, dozers, graders, rollers, excavators, and trucks as needed.
• Execute earthmoving, site prep, and material handling per plans and supervisor directions.
• Conduct routine maintenance like checking fluids and lubricating parts.
• Maintain safety, coordinate tasks with coworkers, and adapt to shifting site conditions.
• Communicate progress and issues with supervisors and teammates.
