Jordan Foster Construction LLC in San Antonio, TX seeks an Equipment Operator to operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites. You will handle loaders, backhoes, graders, and dozers, perform pre-shift safety and maintenance checks, read grade and slope stakes, and follow project plans to minimize risks.

The role requires 2+ years in construction, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and ability to work in various weather with English/Spanish communication.

Qualificações

• Two years of construction experience or more.
• CDL or operator’s license may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, backhoes) safely and efficiently.
• Perform trenching, digging, and leveling work per plans and specs.
• Read grade and slope stakes and follow plans.
• Conduct pre-shift safety and maintenance checks.
• Transport tools and materials between job sites and assist as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with PPE requirements.
