Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related experience operating dozer, loader, backhoe, gannon, scraper or compactor.
• Five or more years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand wheels, levers, and pedals to drive machines and attachments.
• Grade earth, aggregates, or materials for construction.
• Use GPS and laser leveling to regulate elevations and slopes.
• Attach and align equipment per reference stakes and guidelines.
• Monitor gauges and indicators to ensure machines operate correctly.
• Inspect equipment for deficiencies and report conditions.
• Read blueprints, survey markers, and stakes.
• Signal directions to coworkers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
