Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Equipment Operator to run dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, and other heavy equipment. You will perform daily inspections, maintain equipment, and ensure safe operation in accordance with company policies.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and one year of related experience, with valid driver’s license and adherence to PPE protocols. Opportunity to contribute to a safety‑driven team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write. Excellent driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to load trucks and move materials.
• Perform routine inspections and keep equipment clean and orderly.
• Ensure safety, compliance and environmental requirements are followed at all times.
• Load materials into bins, crushers, trucks, or plant.
• Move earth or other materials between locations.
• Complete paperwork as necessary and assist with other duties.
• Commit to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments.
